Cement Plants

Every cement plant struggles with the maintenance of rotating equipment. From conveyors in the quarry to the cement pumps at the distribution terminal, a critical motor is involved. 

ID fans are moving air and dust, bucket elevators are moving material vertically, even finish mill separators are spinning to keep quality under control. Redundancies are nice to have but predicting failures of this equipment is difficult without constant checking of batteries managing false alarms.
